Meraki [may-rah-kee] is a greek word and it means to do something with soul, creativity and or love... leaving a piece of yourself, of your essence in to your work, or what you are doing. Never thought there would be one word that describes exactly how I feel about my job.

Before Meraki Planners ...I was a manicurist, and although I loved what I did as a manicurist something didn't feel right. My daughter Roselynn came into my life to give me that extra strength and courage to move forward, to not be afraid of change ... to not seek for happy places, but to build them. After much stress and sleepless nights wondering how I could keep working without being away from my daughter... I came across Etsy and Meraki Planners was born. It makes me so happy to somehow still be working in the beauty industry, to know that what I create will be used well and most of all.. is of great help.

Since 2016 Meraki Planners has been growing. I enjoy every day and every order created. I feel so grateful to be doing this now and I hope there will be much more to come.
